Hey Jason Moss here and today I’m going to show you how to sign up for a WPX hosting account. This is the host that I use for all of my different websites for client websites, for any kind of website that I do online. I love WPX. And let me just show you how to set up an account and I’ll go into more detail why I like him so much. In a couple of other different videos, but this is just how to set it up and how to do it right. Okay. So the first thing you want to do is come over to WPX hosting.com. Okay. And you’ll get a screen like this. You’ll see down here they do have live chat which is something I’ll talk about a little bit later. Cause that’s one reason that makes them just amazing. All right.

Jason Moss:

But you’ll come over to where you can actually hit start now and it’ll take you kind of to like a pricing page and you will see that they have monthly in the half yearly options. They have three different plans here. Okay. All their plans include all the different you know, add ons, I guess you could call them. All, all the different things that make them awesome. You know, like the fast support staging area, the email, manual backups you know, all the different features. Okay. But just for this video purposes, I’m going to show you, well, I’m going to sign up for the business plan here. All right? So you can hit get started and you can choose whether you want to be a host, have your website hosted in the USA or if you’re over in the UK or in that area, you’re going to want to pick that. But I am in the U S so I’m going to pick USA.

Jason Moss:

And now you have the option of if you just want hosting, like if you already have a domain name that you want to use you’ll select this. If you want to set up a new domain, like you want to buy a new domain right now as well with the hosting. You can choose this option. Okay? You can go through here and you can buy a domain. But I already have a domain, so I’m gonna put it right here. I’m going to do JW moss.com, which I’m not sure what’s going to go on that website quite yet, but that’s just what we’re going to use for the example purposes. All right, so hit continue.

Jason Moss:

All right. And this is where you choose that option of the yearly or the monthly pricing. Okay. For this I’m going to choose the monthly. Yeah, it does cost a little bit more over the whole year. But I’m just going to choose monthly right now. I do not know of a promo code at the moment. Okay. if I find a promo code later, I will put it somewhere in this video. Have a little pop up something or check the description below. I’ll put a promo code here if I can find one for you. Okay. So hit continue.

And now once you’re on this page, then you just check out as normal. You can use PayPal or you can use like a credit card. So let me pause this real quick and I will check out real quick. Okay. I’ve gone through the checkout page that you saw just a second ago and it popped me on to this page here. Just back to that, that cart page. All right, but you can see it logged me in. Okay. So then I come over to my dashboard and welcome back Jason Moss. And there we are. There is you know today’s date. The first invoice was paid of course go over toward pen press hosting and you can see there is my domain JW moss.com that I have in here. It is pending right now. I guess it’s still going through its processes of creating my account.
