Jason Moss:
Hey Jason Moss here and today I’m going to show you how to get past this annoying. Sorry, we could not save your profile photo, okay? This is when you’re uploading your picture to your G suite account. You might get a message like this. This is how you fix it, okay? So the first thing you’re going to want to do is contact your admin of your G suite account. So if you’re, if you have a G suite part of your business, you have to contact the admin. You need admin rights, okay? But just show them this video or if you’re the admin just take a look. You hit these nine dots up here on the top right hand corner. You’re going to go to the admin area. All right? Once you are here, just go up here and search because it’s kind of hard to find. All right? You’re going to search directory settings, okay? That’s what you want. Directory settings. All right? Once you are in directory settings, you go to profile editing, all right? And it’s right here. If this has never checked on a brand new G suite account this is what needs to be checked. You need to check photo. If you want your users to be able to change their name, you can do that as well. All right. And then any other options? Of course. Hit save.
Jason Moss:
All right. And if we go back here, let’s try it again. We’ll click on this, we’ll click on the picture. All right. Sometimes it does take 24 hours for the settings to kick in. So it might not work here and it might, we’re about to find out. So, okay. Looks like it took, let’s refresh this
Jason Moss:
And I don’t see it yet, but I didn’t get the error message. So maybe it’s updating, but that’s how you fix it. It’s easy as that. Oh, and there it is right there. So yeah, it’s updating for some reason. It’s not showing over there. It is showing over here, so it is updated. But that’s how you do it. You just have to go to the admin section in search directory settings and click on those different settings to allow the photos to be edited. All right? The profile photos that is if you’ve got questions or comments, leave them below. I’m happy to help.
